No. Transaction PINs should be protected and must never be shared with support personnel.
Can a transaction be delayed?
Yes. Transactions may be reviewed or delayed because of verification, security, compliance, network or technical conditions.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawal requests submitted on a working day between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM are normally processed within 10–20 minutes, subject to applicable verification and processing requirements.
What happens if I place a withdrawal request on a non-working day?
You can submit a withdrawal request on a non-working day. The request will be taken up for processing on the next working day.
What are FinPay's withdrawal processing hours?
The regular withdrawal processing window is 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on working days.
What happens if I submit a withdrawal outside the working hours?
Requests submitted outside the regular 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM working-day window will be taken up on the next working day.
Why is my withdrawal still showing as processing?
A withdrawal may remain under processing while the applicable transaction, security, verification, network or technical steps are being completed.
Can I submit a crypto withdrawal on a non-working day?
Yes. A crypto withdrawal request can be submitted, but if it is placed on a non-working day, it will be taken up for processing on the next working day.
What should I check before submitting a crypto withdrawal?
Always carefully check the cryptocurrency, network and destination wallet address before submitting your request. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once confirmed.
Are withdrawal fees displayed before I submit a request?
Any applicable withdrawal fee is shown in the relevant withdrawal flow or transaction summary before the request is submitted.
Can a withdrawal be delayed?
Yes. A withdrawal may take longer because of verification, security, compliance, payment-network, blockchain or technical conditions.
