Applicable charges are presented in the relevant FinPay service or transaction flow before completion where applicable.
Crypto Withdrawal Commission
Where the applicable crypto-withdrawal service displays a commission, the current customer flow shows the applicable percentage and calculated amount before submission.
Example: If a withdrawal flow displays a 2% commission and the requested amount is $100, the commission is $2 and the amount remaining after that commission is $98. Always rely on the final amount displayed in the transaction confirmation screen.
Currency Conversion
Where a service converts an amount between currencies or digital assets, the applicable rate and resulting amount may change according to relevant market or provider data.
Network and Third-Party Charges
Blockchain networks, payment networks, banks and third-party providers may impose separate charges where applicable.
